Refund policy

At Sommet Madrid, each piece reflects a meticulous artisanal process and a careful selection of high-quality materials. Our commitment is to provide an exceptional shopping experience. Should you nevertheless wish to return your purchase, you may do so in accordance with the terms outlined below.


Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 71 of Spanish Law 3/2014, customers have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing any justification.

To exercise this right, customers must notify Sommet Madrid in advance by means of a clear statement via one of the following channels:

This prior notification is required to ensure the proper processing of the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.


Condition of Returned Products

Returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received, unused and beyond the handling necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in accordance with European consumer legislation.

To be accepted, returned products must:

  • Retain original tags, packaging, accessories and documentation

  • Show no signs of use, wear, stains, scratches or alterations

  • Include all original protective elements, where applicable

Natural materials:
Our products are crafted from high-quality leather, a living and sensitive material. Reasonable handling for inspection purposes shall not be considered improper use, provided it does not alter the product’s original condition or compromise its resale value. Any noticeable deterioration may result in the rejection of the return.


Return Shipping Costs

In accordance with Article 107.2 of Spanish Law 3/2014, the customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods, except in cases of defective products or errors attributable to Sommet Madrid.

  • Sommet Madrid does not accept cash-on-delivery returns.

Mainland Spain deliveries:
Sommet Madrid may arrange a collection service at the customer’s address.

Non-mainland Spain and international deliveries:
The customer shall return the product using their preferred shipping method.

In all cases, the product remains under the customer’s responsibility until it is correctly received at our facilities. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and verified as compliant with the above conditions, Sommet Madrid will issue a refund of the amounts paid within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days.

  • If the customer arranges the return shipment independently, the full purchase amount will be refunded.

  • If Sommet Madrid arranges home collection, the actual cost of the logistics service, currently set at €7, will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.


Non-Acceptable Returns

Sommet Madrid reserves the right to refuse returns that:

  • Have not been previously notified

  • Are sent outside the legal withdrawal period

  • Do not meet the condition requirements outlined above


Legal Warranty

All products sold by Sommet Madrid are covered by a legal warranty of three (3) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not include:

  • Damage resulting from improper use or handling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Failure to follow the product care instructions
