Shipping policy

Shipping rates are determined based on the destination and the total order value and are automatically calculated during checkout.

Spain (Mainland) and Portugal

Complimentary shipping on orders of €60 or more.
For orders below this amount, shipping is charged at €4.50.

Balearic Islands

Shipping fee: €7.99.

Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra

Shipping fee: €17.99 | any applicable customs duties, taxes or local charges are not included and must be covered by the customer.

Europe

Complimentary shipping on orders over €250.
Orders up to €100: shipping fee €9.
Orders between €100 and €250: shipping fee €19.

United Kingdom

Flat shipping rate of £25, with no minimum order value | any applicable customs duties or local taxes are not included and must be covered by the customer.

United States

Flat shipping rate of $30, with no minimum order value | any applicable customs duties or local taxes are not included and must be covered by the customer.

Other international destinations

Shipping fee: €60 | any applicable customs duties, taxes or local charges are not included and must be covered by the customer.

Delivery Times

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment at any time.

Orders are prepared Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (CET), once payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed outside these hours, as well as on Sundays or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

All shipments are handled via express courier services to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 7–10 business days

International

Europe: 3–5 business days
United States: 5–7 business days*
Destinations outside the European Union, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 10–13 business days*
